Parkside Estates

HMH presented Parkside Estates to the City of Kimberly’s board members at their public hearing. The development was annexed into the City of Kimberly’s and received accolades from Planning and Zoning for a “job well done” and the “thorough and complete application”.

The 29 acre Planned Unit Development consists of 100 Unit / 83 lot single and two-family lots, accessory dwelling units, mini-parks, and open space buffers. HMH worked closely with the city and the developer to annex the parcel into the City, setting the stage for the project to proceed to construction this spring.
