This reconstruction project was a federally-funded, rural highway project sponsored by Lost River Highway District and administered by LHTAC. HMH was teamed with T-O Engineers to perform the CE&I services for the project. The project included total roadway reconstruction and widening of 6.1 miles of dirt roadway along the Big Lost River. There was limited right-of-way on the project due to BLM ground and various culturally sensitive areas. The project was completed in June 2015 with a construction cost of 4 million dollars.

⦁    5,000SF of Soldier Pile retaining walls
